This role requires a proactive approach to multi‑agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning. Salary ranges from £25,693.38 to £26,539.62 per year, with a start date of 18 January 2027.

Responsabilités

• Lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC).
• Strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to remove barriers to learning.
• Provide mentoring to students and support staff to improve educational outcomes.
