Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre and identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts. The role requires a proactive, multi-agency collaborative approach, passion for mentoring, and dedication to removing barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will work within a larger 11-19 academy community in Wakefield, contributing to high standards and ongoing CPD for staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to remove barriers to learning and support vulnerable students.
• Mentor students and implement targeted intervention plans to improve educational outcomes.

Salary (Actual Salary): £25,693.38 to £26,539.62.

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, term time plus five days. Permanent.

Start Date: 18 January 2027.
