Outwood Grange Academy in Wakefield is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts.

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, term time plus five days. Permanent.
