Fedcap UK is recruiting for a role onsite in Banbury, delivering tailored one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals return to sustainable work.   • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.

Salary: £29,291 rising to £31,161 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

Location: Onsite in Banbury (OX16 0AA)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
