Personal Videographer & Content Strategist

We're looking for a full-time Personal Brand Content Producer to help build a world-class personal brand from the ground up. Your role will be to follow me day-to-day, capture behind-the-scenes footage of life, work, and travel, and turn it into high-performing short-form and long-form content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Think Daniel Dalen meets Steven Bartlett meets Iman Gadzhi, but with a unique style. You'll be responsible for filming, editing, and posting content, as well as shaping the narrative and content strategy around key moments in my journey as a 19-year-old founder and entrepreneur.

This is not your average social media job. You need to move fast, work smart, think creatively, and be obsessed with content performance and storytelling. You’ll be the right hand behind the brand—someone I trust to turn raw moments into viral, valuable content.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experienced with Sony FX30 or similar professional cameras – must know how to shoot clean, well-lit, high-quality footage in both controlled and spontaneous environments.
  • Fast, high-level video editing skills – ability to turn raw footage into polished short-form and long-form content quickly (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts & Vlogs).
  • Proficient in editing software – Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (and ideally CapCut or mobile-first editors for speed).
  • Strong understanding of content hooks, pacing, and trends – knows what performs on each platform and how to cut accordingly.
  • Can work fast under pressure – you’ll be expected to turn around same-day edits and build a backlog of quality content weekly.
  • Strong eye for storytelling – knows how to craft a narrative from raw BTS footage and daily moments.
  • Creative problem-solver – able to find stories in the mundane and elevate everyday moments with creativity.
  • Self-motivated and proactive – you won’t just wait to be told what to film, you’ll actively find angles, ideas, and moments worth capturing.
  • Comfortable working closely and frequently with a fast-moving entrepreneur – this is an intimate, high-trust role.
  • Willing to travel and adapt schedules – some weeks will be intense; others will be slower. Flexibility is key.
