• Experience in Personal Lines insurance or a comparable regulated service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at pace.
• Strong written and verbal communication with brokers and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process policy transactions including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
• Check documents for completeness and maintain accurate records across systems.
• Provide professional broker support via phone, email and digital channels.
• Escalate complex or high-risk items to appropriate colleagues.
• Support underwriting guidelines and delegated authority and assist with product changes.
