Everywhen in Saffron Walden is looking for an Insurance Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a generous bonus structure and a hybrid working arrangement in the UK’s leading independent Insurance Brokers.

You will support a designated client portfolio, be the first point of contact, and help clients with queries while building trust and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Insurance Industry is essential.
• Ability to deliver strong customer service and build client relationships.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional qualifications.

Responsibilities
