About the role
We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler to work on the handling of household policies and retain and provide a service to existing customers.

Overview of duties
  • Maintain a professional image of self and the Group to all customers and insurers
  • Identify and understand the customers' needs and business
  • Build relationships with customers and provide an ongoing service
  • Complete and offer all renewals within the FCA guidelines
  • Complete and process all new business and transfer new business within the FCA guidelines
  • Completion of tasks in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all compliance responsibilities are recorded and reported as required
  • Build own technical knowledge to achieve/maintain competence and maintain own training records
