Job summary

Bond Turner in Liverpool is seeking a Personal Injury Team Leader to oversee, develop and coach the PI team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. You will mentor and motivate staff, manage workloads, monitor caseload progress and ensure timely, professional legal advice in line with the firm’s values.

The role sits in a well-equipped City Centre office with 23 days holiday plus your Birthday off, income protection and an Employee Assistance Programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team to ensure high performance and efficient case management.
• Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed evenly across the team.
• Support, develop and motivate the team through holding regular 1-2-1's and meetings.
• Ensuring that a high-level quality of service is provided at all times.
• Embody and be a keen ambassador for the firms values.
• Monitor the progress of your team's caseload to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.
• First point of contact for client complaints.
