The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:?

• Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £150k-£1m+?.
• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process?.
• Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases?.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements?.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system?.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate?.
• Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required?.
• Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.

Profile

The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:?

• A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters?.
• Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases?.
• Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence?.
• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes?.
