Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights.
• Experience handling litigated fast track PI matters (RTA, EL and PL).
• Strong drafting and litigation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Client-focused and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Managing a fast track caseload from instruction through to settlement or trial, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and Part 36 offers, while ensuring excellent client care throughout.
