We are working with a highly regarded and well-established regional law firm looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join its team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognised Personal Injury department with a strong reputation for client care, quality legal advice and successful outcomes.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters.
• Experienced in Family Law withing Care Proceedings and Private Children Matters
• Progressing Fast Track and Intermediate Track matters.
• Assisting with more complex multi-track cases where appropriate.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Negotiating settlements and progressing claims effectively.
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Experienced managing a claimant personal injury caseload.
• Knowledgeable of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims.
• Combining technical knowledge with a strong understanding personal injury claims process.
• Providing excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice throughout the process.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent standard of client service.
