We are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our rapidly growing law firm in Greenford, West London. We are open to recruiting candidates on a full time or part time basis.

What we are looking for?

Candidates will need experience in claimant personal injury and have at least 2 years’ PQE.

We are looking for candidates that:

1. Have excellent client care and communication skills (oral and written);

2. Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems by using multiple sources of information to make reasoned decisions supported by relevant evidence;

3. Negotiate solutions to clients' issues by identifying all parties’ interests, objectives and limits and presenting options for compromise persuasively;

4. Plan, manage and progress legal cases proactively, taking into account how they can maximise cases and achieve the best outcome for the clients and firm;

5. Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with colleagues, clients and third parties and responding effectively to their particular needs, objectives, priorities and constraints;

6. Have experience in pre-litigated and litigated personal injury matters (covering RTA, EL, PL & serious injuries);

7. Have relevant legal expertise in personal injury.

You’ll have the opportunity to support the development of our new departments (housing disrepair and immigration) if you are interested and have relevant experience.
