Job Description:

Due to the development and continued growth of the Top Tier law firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a caseload of EL/PL and RTA Complex & Catastrophic Personal Injury cases.

This is a great opportunity to work with Lawyers recommended in the Legal 500 for their expertise. You will work on a variety of high-quality cases with the support of other lawyers and paralegals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Catastrophic Loss claims involving brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and fatal claims valued up to approximately £10 million.

There will be opportunities to train and develop other staff members and clients, participate in MI, conferences, and team development.

• Experience in catastrophic personal injury loss claims is essential

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
