G2 Legal Limited in Exeter seeks an Associate Solicitor to handle personal injury and insurance litigation for both claimants and defendants. The role covers travel litigation, ADR and arbitration, with opportunities to manage high value, international claims alongside senior partners.

Qualifications

This respected law firm in Exeter is recruiting into its established personal injury and insurance team at Associate Solicitorlevel.

The role:

• Advise on both claimant and defendant personal injury & matters
• Manage travel litigation matters, through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution
• Manage public liability and personal injury matters as well as wider travel insurance disputes
• Common claims include skiing & sporting accidents, travel delays, accidents at sea, falling ill on cruise holidays andaircraft
• These claims can be high value and occasionally catastrophic and due to the nature of the work, often international foreign jurisdictional claims
