Page Personnel in Edinburgh is seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to manage a varied personal injury caseload, including RTA, employer and public liability claims. You will assess liability and quantum, negotiate settlements and maintain exceptional client service throughout the process.

The successful candidate will join a growing specialist litigation team, with hybrid working, a competitive salary up to £50,000, and a clear path for progression as the firm expands.

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation.
• Experience handling RTA, employer liability and/or public liability claims.

Job Description

The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters including RTA, employer liability and public liability claims.


• Conducting liability, causation and quantum assessments to progress claims efficiently.


• Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing representatives.


• Providing high levels of client care throughout the claims process.


• Contributing to the continued growth and success of a specialist litigation team.

The Successful Applicant

The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor should be:

• A qualified solicitor with expereince in personal injury litigation.


• Experienced in handling RTA, employer liability and/or public liability claims.


• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and case management skills.


• Committed to delivering exceptional client service.


• Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy caseload effectively.
