Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to manage Personal Injury and road traffic accident claims across Scotland, joining a fast-growing, modern firm with Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

You’ll handle matters from instruction to settlement or litigation, and support senior leaders in growing the Scottish practice, mentoring junior colleagues, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Scottish qualified Solicitor with 3–8 years’ PQE in personal injury or road traffic accident work.
• Strong litigation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for advocacy.
• Confident, approachable, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury and road traffic accident claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
• Handle cases across Sheriff Court, ASPIC, and Court of Session, gaining advocacy experience.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues to develop the next generation of lawyers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Counsel, and medical experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus bonus + benefits

About the Role

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury and road traffic accident claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
