A reputable law firm based in Blackburn is seeking two Paralegals for the Personal Injury department. The role involves managing Fast Track cases and ensuring high-quality service for clients. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with the MOJ portal, negotiating settlements, and preparing Trial Bundles. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the possibility of remote working for the right individual. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with Third Party Insurers.
• Ability to prepare Trial Bundles including Witness Statements.
• Experience with Reviewing Medical and Engineer Reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Remote working option may be available for the right candidate

Responsabilités
