Fletchers Group is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Personal Injury department. You will assist with the progression of client matters, meet deadlines, draft documents, and maintain case records while delivering a high standard of client service.

The role includes generating potential new work, attending networking events, and providing general departmental administration. A strong customer focus and IT competency are essential.

Qualificações

• Up to date legal knowledge.
• Awareness of the entire range of services that the firm can offer.
• Effective communication skills - verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively deal with clients and provide a high level of service.
• Ability and willingness to assist with networking and marketing.
• Be logical, organised and thorough.
• Knowledge of and competency in Information Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Completing Personal Injury law matters.
• Generating potential new work and assisting others in so doing.
• Attend professional networking functions, business clubs, and client events, corporate hospitality, etc.
• To assist with departmental administration.
• To assist with other general administrative duties as required.
• Draft legal documents from instructions taken by qualified team members.
• To maintain databases as required.
• To review and note interim quarterly reports.
• Responds promptly to clients (as required) and colleagues.
• Ensures a speedy turnaround of work.
• Contributes pro-actively to departmental matters.
