Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join the Personal Injury team in Birmingham. The role supports the progression of a varied caseload, conducts legal research, drafts correspondence and documents, and coordinates with clients and third parties.

• Requires a Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum two years' experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Experience managing your own caseload and/or supporting complex litigation.
• Experience drafting witness statements, schedules of loss and pleadings.
• Experience using a case management system.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Progress a varied personal injury caseload under supervision in Birmingham.
• Support progression of cases, draft correspondence and documents.
