Job summary
Thompsons Solicitors is recruiting an Assistant Lawyer to join the Multi-Track Accident team. The role is based in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester or Newcastle.
You will manage a varied multi-track personal injury caseload with supervision and clear progression as you grow. Ideal candidates will have fee-earning experience in personal injury or a similar litigation setting, with solid understanding of the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Fee-earning experience in personal injury or similar litigation.
- Solid understanding of the litigation process and tracks (fast/intermediate).
- Experience managing own caseload or assisting on litigated matters.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and client care.
Responsibilities
- Support a varied caseload of multi-track personal injury matters.
- Progress own files from intermediate to issued matters with guidance.
- Work with a Birmingham-based team in a fast-paced environment.
- Share knowledge and develop technical expertise with supervision.
