We provide a unique two-to-three-year program for young people in Years 10 to 12 designed to progressively develop employability skills and achieve individualized learning goals while meeting the requirements of the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
Our aim is to seamlessly blend senior education and vocational training to engage young people in purposeful learning experiences that are relevant to the real world of industry.
We are now seeking a Personal Industry Coach to join our Ipswich campus in a full-time, term-time, contract capacity to the end of Term 4 2025.
The role of a Personal Industry Coach (PIC) is to provide first-line coaching, mentoring, and support to our young people on their journey to finding employment. You will work closely with young people to help them live the Industry School values and effectively demonstrate the employability metrics. You will also assist Team Leaders (Teachers) and Industry Consultants with young people who may not be consistently demonstrating engagement in the education/industry program.
