Job summary

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a Personal Assistant to support an individual with bathing, toileting and meal preparation, and to provide gentle limb stretches where appropriate.

Training is provided, and supervision by a physiotherapist will be available. DBS check will be required on acceptance of offer. The role may involve using tilt tables, hoists and a wheelchair accessible vehicle to support independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, meal preparation)
• Willingness to train with supervision of a physiotherapist
