Job summary

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is recruiting for 2 Personal Assistant/Carer positions to support a 53-year-old lady with personal care, meal preparation and general support.

Duties include personal care, light domestic tasks, transport to appointments and errands (driving required for some shifts), helping with daily routines to promote independence and wellbeing, and recording/communicating with family and manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (assistance with washing, dressing).
• Carry out light domestic duties (meal prep, laundry, tidying).
• Transporting the client to appointments and local errands (driving required for some shifts).
• Support with daily routines to promote independence and wellbeing and socialisation.
• Record keeping and communication with family/manager as required.
