We are the only office in a network of over 84 offices to hold the coveted Platinum Award in the Right at Home UK Circle of Trust and our Registered Manager was awarded Care Leader of the Year 2024 by Inspired to Care, an office of Leicestershire County Council.

The Role

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.

Requirements Of a Care Assistant

• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
• Full UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to own car
• Genuine passion to help others
• Reliability and a positive attitude as a team player
