Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a 2:1 team caring for a female client with learning disabilities. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and help with daily routines and community activities, delivering a consistent, reassuring presence.
