Libertatem Healthcare Group, part of the Sonderwell family, is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in Caldicot to assist a young woman with brain injury and complex needs. You will provide physical support, emotional companionship, and coordinate with her care team.

The role requires a female worker with strong communication, empathy, and experience in complex care. Two shifts per week plus bank shifts, day and night coverage, with competitive pay.

Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Caldicot, Monmouthshire.

Pay:
Days - £16.35 per hour weekdays, £16.96 per hour Saturdays & £16.85 per hour Sundays.
Waking Nights - £16.35/17.60 per hour.

Hours: Two shifts a week and bank (covering a mixture of days and waking nights. Days: 09:30 – 17:30, Nights: 21:00 – 09:00)

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a lady in her 20s who due to a brain injury has complex clinical needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning difficulties and quadriplegia. We're looking for someone with experience in support work and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

She lives in a purpose built bungalow that includes a sensory room and a hydrotherapy pool. She loves company and enjoys music, singing, arts & crafts, cooking, baking and sensory activities. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker with:

• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.
