Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Plymouth is seeking compassionate Support Workers to empower adults to live independently at home. You will support with personal care, household tasks, shopping, and community access, including some driving where needed.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence (manual preferred) is requested for this role. The role offers flexible hours and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team.You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.

You may be supporting clients with:

• Mental health needs
• Limited mobility
• Companionship needs
• Down syndrome
• Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
• Cerebral palsy

Your daily role could include:

• Supporting with personal care and household tasks
• Helping with shopping and community activities
• Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
• Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
• Administering medication
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
