Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a 2:1 team supporting a female client who enjoys structured routines, attending day centres, and local walks.

You will provide personal care, mobility support, assist with light household tasks, and help with community activities, being a calm, reliable presence in her daily life. Training, NVQ opportunities, and a client introduction are offered.
