Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a lovely female client with personal care, mobility support and daily routines in a structured community setting. You will become part of a supportive 2:1 team focused on consistent, compassionate care.

The role offers full training, ongoing Nurse Manager and Care Coordinator support, and opportunities to gain NVQs in Health & Social Care, with a guaranteed client introduction before your first shift.

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

• Strong communication and reliability in a care setting.
