Job description

Are you an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Clifton?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and booking over 400 meetings a year!
  2. Act as the primary point of contact between the Associate Director and clients, handling enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  3. Set up interviews and perform general administration duties.
  4. Conduct research (e.g., saved lists / market mapping).
  5. Chase CVs and match job vacancies to find the perfect candidate.
  6. Develop marketing and social media strategies (LinkedIn).
  7. Assist with internal recruitment processes.
  8. Headhunt on LinkedIn.
  9. Support the wider team with logging and advertising activities.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will be a positive influence and fit within our team.

Requirements:
  • Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, confidently engaging with individuals at all levels, especially senior board members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other essential software tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, even in a fast-paced setting.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to shift gears smoothly.
  • Based in our Backwell office, providing an ideal environment to thrive and grow.
  • Recruitment experience is essential; sales experience is a bonus.
  • LinkedIn expertise is required for building connections and expanding networks.
