Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PersonalAssistant to support our CEO and wider Executive Team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the CEO and C-Suite level
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication with varied external stakeholders to ensure smooth arrangements are made for in person and virtual meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Accurately maintaining records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Act as Office support for helping to run the office for staff
  • Please note this is not an exhaustive list and additional related duties may fall within the scope of this position.

Skills/ Experience

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a start up or a lean business
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, happy to turn your hand to business support needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Confident in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing inboxes

  • This is a onsite role due to the office support responsibilities
