The Role

Preferred Days/times
10.5 hours per week
Either 1.5 hours a day or to be used flexibly to allow access to culturally appropriate services such as on a Saturday.

Tasks/duties
Support with completing personal care (four times a week), meal prep, medication prompts, and accessing community services.

PA is required to have a vehicle and a clean, full, UK driving licence.

30 miles at 45p per mile will be paid by the client to the PA.

Client Main Diagnosis
Early stages of dementia.

Communication
The client speaks Polish and would require a Polish speaking PA.

Client Enjoys
Cultural community services; they enjoy conversation and working with wood to create things like cars and boats.
