Job Title: Private Family Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Hampton Court, London (Hybrid/Remote with occasional on-site presence) Salary: £55,000 gross per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend availability Start Date: Within one month Languages: Russian-speaking a bonus

Role Overview A distinguished private household near Hampton Court is seeking a discreet, highly organised, and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth individual and their spouse. This is a varied role requiring a blend of private and corporate PA experience. You will be responsible for managing household and personal affairs across multiple residences, including an apartment in Monaco, and liaising with both private and professional service providers.

Key Responsibilities Diary & Schedule Management: Organise and coordinate personal and professional calendars for the principal and spouse, including arranging medical appointments and overseeing medical insurance matters.

Property Oversight: Manage the Monaco apartment remotely, including liaising with contractors, handling maintenance, and coordinating travel or use of the property.

Financial & Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day banking tasks, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.

Staff Coordination: Assist with recruitment and management of private household staff, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and liaising with agencies.

Travel & Logistics: Book travel, accommodation, and transport both domestically and internationally.

Correspondence & Documentation: Handle confidential communication, filing, and document management with precision and discretion.

Occasional Weekend Availability: Be available occasionally during weekends if urgent matters arise or installations require presence.
