Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Personal Assistant in the Leeds area (LS14) to support a young man with Autism and SEN. The role involves assisting with social activities and personal care, with regular hours across term time and school holidays.

Flexibility for weekday evenings and some weekends is required, and punctuality and routine are essential to support his safety and development. Experience with children and SEN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and young people with SEN is preferable.
• Knowledge of Autism, communication difficulties and sensory needs.
• Ability to prompt personal care and closely supervise to ensure safety and prevent running off.
