Job summary

Denbighshire Direct Payments Support Team in Rhyl seeks a Personal Assistant to support an adult male with autism and gluten-free needs, helping plan activities and access the local community.

Part-time, on-site role averaging 14 hours weekly over two or three days, at £14 per hour. This is a permanent position with flexible hours and DBS paid for.

• Clear communication and reliability.

• Plan activities and access to the local community for the client.

I am an adult male with a generous and helpful disposition. I have a diagnosis of autism. I am also diabetic and follow a gluten free diet.

I love visiting cafes and garden centres. I like to ride my bike and I love to go fishing. I also have an interest in cars and dogs.

I am looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to support me to plan activities and access my local community. I would like to increase my confidence and social resilience and hopefully build new friendships.
