Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal front-office role that also encompasses Reception duties, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing diaries and greeting visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as gatekeeper for the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule Board meetings, including preparation and circulation of agendas and supporting documents
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Fulfil receptionist duties at the front desk, including welcoming guests and handling enquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

- Have experience supporting senior stakeholders in a busy environment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
