Personal Support Assistant to Group Management Team, Grade F (Fixed Term for 12 months)

About the role

The Business Support function is a busy, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be able to prioritise your workload, work to tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will provide secretarial support to our management team, including diary management, organising multi-agency meetings, note-taking during meetings, typing and formatting documents, and creating PowerPoint presentations. Previous experience in secretarial or support roles is essential.

You should have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, experience with IT systems and databases, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.

Qualifications required include 5 GCSEs A-C or 9-4 including Maths and English, or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant experience. You should also hold an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or be willing to work towards it.
