Brook Street is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support two Deputy Directors at Harwell Science & Innovation Campus, Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role focuses on managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and events, and handling administrative tasks to keep senior leaders focused on core priorities.
Based at Electron Building, Didcot, this hybrid role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with an ASAP start and a fixed term until 01/04/2027 (extension subject to business needs).
Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Electron Building, R97, Fermi Avenue, Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11 0QR (Hybrid)
Pay rate: £19.61 per hour
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Assignment: ASAP start, until 01/04/2027 (extension subject to business needs)
Clearance: Basic DBS
