Job description

Office Angels are working with an innovative and dynamic Doncaster based business who are seeking a Personal Assistant. If you are looking for a varied role with no two days the same then apply today!


Role: Personal Assistant


Salary: Up to £32,000pa plus bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays


Location: Doncaster with free parking


Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm | 40 hours per week


Duties:


  • Organise travel, accommodation and hospitality requirements
  • Schedule meetings and manage diaries
  • Attend, note take and prepare presentations for meetings
  • Support with social media including filming, creating and uploading content
  • Partake in travel alongside the Director, both in the UK and internationally
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects

Previous experience:


  • Previous experience in a PA / Senior Admin role within an office environment would be beneficial
  • The ability to juggle a varied workload and work well under pressure
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • A strong communicator who is able to liaise with all levels of the business
