Job summary

Keane Premier Support Services is recruiting compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Support Workers for our brand-new Stewarton Residences. You will provide person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs and promote independence within the local community.

Candidates should be caring, reliable and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. PVG membership and references are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, wishes and goals.
• Support individuals with personal care where required.
• Assist with medication administration in line with company policies and procedures.
• Support individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and nutritional needs.
• Support individuals with household tasks and maintaining their homes.
• Assist with budgeting and managing finances in accordance with support plans and company procedures.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities.
• Support individuals to attend appointments and access healthcare services where required.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, advocates and professionals.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence and inclusion at all times.
• Be aware of adult safeguarding responsibilities and report concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation using company systems and platforms.
