Job summary

A community support services provider is seeking compassionate individuals to assist service users in Glasgow. The role involves supporting personal care, medication, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, encouraging independence and community connections. No experience is necessary; a Full UK Driving License is desirable. You will work as part of the KPSS team to support service users in the community to help promote their independence.

Main responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.

• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community.

• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.

Desirable Requirements
