Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support him in his transition to independent living.
• Help maintain the home, including light chores and changing bed linen.
• Encourage and support personal hygiene.
• Motivate him to take pride in his home and space.
• Encourage movement, hobbies, and wellbeing where possible.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Ensure safety during visits and report concerns to family and social worker.
