Autism East Midlands is seeking an inspirational Middle Leader to be the Person-Centred Practice Lead at Sutherland House School, a non-maintained special school for autistic children aged 3-19. The role combines strategic leadership with a 0.5 teaching commitment and sits at the heart of our school improvement priorities.

You will champion Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred approaches, develop staff, monitor practice quality and collaborate with leaders to ensure every pupil's

Formación

• Experience in autism education or SEND environment desirable, with training provided.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to promote person-centred practice across the school.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with direct teaching (0.5 commitment).

• Monitor quality and consistency of practice; influence improvement priorities.
