Job summary

Sutherland House School in Nottingham is seeking a Middle Leader to drive person-centred practice across the school while maintaining a 0.5 teaching commitment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching to influence provision for autistic children and young people aged 3-19.

The successful candidate will lead development of PBIS and person-centred approaches, working with staff to ensure voices, preferences and strengths shape planning and practice across the school.

Qualifications

• Experience leading middle-management in a school or SEND setting.
• Track record of promoting person-centred approaches across whole-school provision.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with direct teaching commitments.
