Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development across the school and ensure ambition remains high
• Support staff in curriculum implementation and monitor teaching consistency
• Evaluate impact on pupil outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly
• Promote opportunities for academic achievement, personal development, communication and independence
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver a coherent, engaging curriculum and prepare pupils for adulthood
