Sutherland House School in Nottingham is seeking an inspirational leader to become the Person-Centred Practice Lead. This middle-management role blends strategic development with direct teaching, offering a 0.5 teaching commitment alongside a strong focus on person-centred approaches for autistic pupils aged 3–19.

You will champion Positive Behaviour Support, work with staff to embed pupil voices in planning, and monitor quality of practice across the school.
