Job summary

Phoenix Domestic Abuse Services is seeking an Intervention Officer to join the Intervention Team. This 35-hour-per-week, office-based role requires occasional evening work to meet service users’ needs and delivery of the Intervention Programme in group and 1:1 settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering behaviour change interventions.
• Ability to assess risk and manage caseloads.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured assessments to establish suitability for intervention.
• Deliver evidence-informed interventions to individuals with harmful behaviours.
• Deliver sessions in group and 1:2:1 formats and ensure programme quality.
• Write accurate reports for external agencies and clients.
• Maintain risk management plans and safeguarding practices.
