Job description

Due to continued expansion and exciting new ventures on the horizon, M4 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Perms Consultant. A true 360 role, the ideal candidate will be able to provide a quality service to candidates and clients alike, going Beyond Expectation with every contact.

Key functions of the role include:

  • Actively promoting M4's core values.
  • Collaborating with your line manager to eliminate bias from the recruitment process.
  • Building a diverse and inclusive candidate pool to provide your clients with the best talent available.
  • Identifying potential leads, engaging in networking, conducting sales calls, and participating in meetings to develop a robust pipeline of both new and existing clients.
  • Fostering resilient relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Advertising utilising every available form of media to reach the largest audience possible, providing them with the opportunity to apply.
  • Working with your line manager to set and exceed personal & business targets.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and attract the most suitable talent.
