Coworth Park is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for The Barn at our Ascot property. You will lead daily food preparation and supervise kitchen staff across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

You will participate in menu planning, maintain food costs and train the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role offers opportunities to showcase creativity within our renowned culinary program.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a kitchen environment is required.
• Ability to supervise and develop kitchen staff.
• Experience with menu planning and cost control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily food preparation for the section.
• Lead all cooking personnel in your section with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence.
• Participate in menu planning and maintain budgeted food and recipe costs.
• Train and develop other kitchen team members to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure guests receive an exemplary experience through kitchen execution.
